What is the difference between PROSPR Black, Essentials and Transformations?

PROSPR Black is the membership: whole-property service on a set schedule with Property Coverage. Essentials are one-time services you book individually, such as house wash, windows, gutters, solar, roof wash and concrete and paver sealing, with no membership. Transformations are projects like epoxy garage floors, permanent lighting, painting, Venetian plaster and microcement, starting at $5,000. Black members receive preferred pricing on Transformations.
