What does the $5,500–$6,600 include?
That range covers the floor of most 2-car garages: diamond grinding, a moisture barrier, a full flake broadcast and a heavy polyaspartic topcoat. Your exact price comes from the on-site quote, which is free.
Why grind instead of acid-etching?
Grinding opens the surface of the concrete so the coating bonds mechanically. It is the prep step that keeps a floor from peeling under hot tires.
My concrete has cracks and oil stains. Is that a problem?
We look at every crack and stain during the on-site quote and tell you exactly what prep your slab needs before any work is scheduled.
